For the project, we are looking for old, traditional Lechkhumi recipes and people who will share stories, information, and traditions related to these recipes.
Within the framework of this project, the following will take place:
- Recording and documenting recipes;
- Detailed descriptions of recipes;
- Photo and video recording of the preparation process;
- Collection of all recipes in one place and creation of booklets;
- Publication of the book “Journey to the Lechkhumi Supra”.
